Mrs. Tekeisha Dennis is a proud graduate of Snow Hill High School who currently serves as the Community School Liaison at Pocomoke Middle School. She obtained a Bachelor and Master of Social Work. She prides herself in being a wife and mother of two sons and being a part of the "Phirst" African American Sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha INC. 💕💚. In her spare time loves to shop, spend time with family, journal and write poetry. She recently wrote a chapter in a book called "Broken Promises," along with other females who shared transparent stories. (Go get your copy!)

SHHS wants to help STOP this cycle! We have partnered with Got Your Back Defense to offer a GIRLS ONLY Self-Defense Class. Registration is open to the first 30 girls to join! All you need is a bottle of water. Class will begin Session #3 of the AfterSchool Academy and will be held on Thursdays. Click the link below to register!

Mrs. Rachel Watson is a Senior Cosmetologist/Licensed Educator who serves as an instructor at Worcester Technical High School. She has 48 years of experience in the industry and has spent 38 of them teaching. She also holds a master’s degree in Secondary Education.
“When considering all of my accomplishments, I believe my greatest contributions in education has been working as a teacher, building a professional learning environment where students will become licensed and go out into a salon and embark on a world of real-life experiences. The biggest joy in teaching comes when I look into the face of a student and watch confusion turn into concentration, then concentration to surprise, and finally, surprise into the pride of accomplishment.”
